Nothing beats the flavour of freshly whipped chestnut ganache making this tarte a sensational dessert and a must-try.
Layered inside an almond shortbread base are a chestnut sponge cake and fresh pears poached in a vanilla-scented syrup. Our house whipped chestnut ganache and cream are piled high onto the tart and diced pears are added as a garnish.
