FAQ
What are the sizes of your tarts?
We have 3 different sizes : the mini tartes are 4.8cm x 2cm (this is a 2-bites cake), the individual tartes are 6.5cm x 2cm (perfect size for 1 person) and the birthday cakes are 15cm x 3cm (designed for 6 to 8 people).
How many days in advance do I need to place my order?
We welcome last minute orders and try our best to fulfill them, but it is usually safer to order 1 or 2 days in advance.
Is there any minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity but the delivery fee may be higher for small orders.
Do you deliver to my address?
If your address is located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon or New-Territories, then yes, we very certainly deliver to your address.
How much do we charge for delivery?
The delivery charge varies depending on the delivery zone (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon or New Territories). We even offer free delivery, check out our delivery fees.
What is the earliest time for pickup or delivery?
The earliest pickup time in our shop is 11:00AM and we can deliver as early as 12:30PM - 1:00PM.
Do you provide plastic cutlery?
We do not provide cutlery. Unlike sponge cakes or soft cream cakes, our fresh tarts have a very crunchy biscuit base that can only be sliced using a proper kitchen knife. Using any type of plastic cutlery would often break both the cake and the cutlery!
How long can the tarts be kept at room temperature?
Our tarts and cakes taste best when cold. We do not recommend keeping the tarts out of the fridge for more than 30-45 minutes. If you have to travel with the tarts for a little more than 45 minutes, try to put your tarts back in the fridge for at least 45-60 minutes before eating them to make sure they are cold when you eat them!
Can the tarts be kept in the fridge overnight?
It is perfectly okay to store the tarts in your fridge in their original box or a sealed container. Do not keep the tarts more than 24 hours in the fridge though.
